3. Pricing & Payment

  • Service fees and repair costs will be explained before work is completed.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and cash.

  • Estimates are based on visible inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered during repair.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service fee.

5. Warranty

  • All repair work is backed by a one (1) year parts and labor warranty, unless otherwise stated at the time of service.

  • Warranty coverage applies only to repairs performed by our technicians and does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or manufacturer defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing appliance damage

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
